What is Mentalyc?

Mentalyc is an AI note generator for mental health professionals, including psychotherapists, psychologists, and counselors. It is HIPAA-compliant, protecting client data in healthcare settings.

The tool automates psychotherapy progress notes. Provide a session by recording audio, writing a summary, or dictating, and Mentalyc converts it into structured, personalized notes. Each note is tailored to the session and can identify over a hundred psychosocial markers. Notes can be edited, copied, pasted, or downloaded for use with existing EHR systems.

Who created Mentalyc?

Mentalyc was founded by Maria Szandrach and Georgi Urumov. Maria, the CEO, has previously founded startups in insurance and mental health. Georgi, the CTO, has a background in machine learning engineering.
