It tracks speaking time, offers real-time feedback on participation, and generates AI-powered meeting notes with transcripts and action items. Who’s Behind Equal Time?

Equal Time was founded in 2021 by two women with strong industry backgrounds. CEO Rachel Dowling previously led product development as VP at TrustYou, and CTO Kim LaRocca was a Senior Engineering Manager at NYPR. Their goal is to create meeting environments where everyone feels welcome and to support women in advancing their careers through leadership coaching.
