What is CodeParrot?

CodeParrot is an AI-powered coding assistant that converts Figma designs into ready-to-use code components for React, Vue, and Angular. It automates repetitive work such as writing business logic, refactoring code, and generating tests, freeing developers to focus on harder problems. A contextual search function understands your codebase and helps you resolve errors quickly, and the tool reuses existing components, libraries, and coding standards to keep output consistent.

Using it is straightforward: paste your Figma file’s URL, and CodeParrot analyzes the design and generates the code components. The VS Code extension means you can do all of this without switching between your IDE and your design platform.

Who created CodeParrot?

CodeParrot was built by developers Royal Jain and Vedant Agarwal. Jain previously served as CTO of Mastree and was a Founding Engineer at DeepAffects. Agarwal was a Senior Engineering Manager and Founding Engineer at Apna Jobs. The platform launched with the goal of reducing coding inefficiencies by automating the conversion of Figma designs into functional code components.
