What is Clearword?

Clearword is a real-time AI meeting assistant that joins calls on Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. It takes notes during meetings, produces summaries, exports action items, and builds a searchable library of meeting information.

Who created Clearword?

Sarah Johnson founded Clearword. The company focuses on keeping its tools easy to use.

What is Clearword used for?

• Customer meetings: Stay focused on client conversations instead of taking notes.
• Team updates: Get clear summaries of team progress so key points aren’t missed.
• Sharing outcomes: After a meeting, share a Clearword link to update attendees quickly.
• Collaboration: Set up workspace channels to work with clients, customers, or your own team.

How Clearword works

• Real-time assistance: Clearword joins your calls, takes notes, identifies action items, drafts follow-up emails, and updates your CRM automatically.
• Automatic outputs: It generates summaries, action items, video recordings, and transcripts.
• Integrations: Action items can be exported to tools like Notion, HubSpot, or Jira, and Clearword connects with HubSpot, Jira, Google Docs, and Gmail.
• Privacy controls: You manage your settings and decide what gets recorded, keeping sensitive information private.
• Searchable knowledge base: Meeting information is organized into a searchable library, so you can find, edit, and share details with your team.
