ChatTube

What is ChatTube?

ChatTube is a Chrome extension that lets you chat with an AI while watching YouTube videos. You can ask questions, get summaries, identify the most important parts, and translate content, all in real time. It works with most Chromium-based browsers and supports chatting in multiple languages. The extension keeps a record of your conversations and the videos you’ve interacted with, so you can pick up where you left off, and the team plans to add the ability to interact with comment-section content.

Who created ChatTube?

ChatTube was built to make watching YouTube more engaging through personalized AI conversations. Its chatbot uses ChatGPT to understand what’s happening in a video and generates conversations that match the video’s topic and themes. The team actively seeks user feedback to improve the product.
