Trimbox

What is Trimbox?

Trimbox is an email assistant that works inside Gmail. It drafts emails to match your natural writing style, unsubscribes you from mailing lists with one click, and bulk-deletes old emails from specific senders to help manage storage space. Every draft is editable before sending.

The tool installs as an extension and integrates directly into Gmail, so you can draft replies without leaving your inbox or switching apps. It only works with Gmail, and as with any tool handling your data, it’s worth reviewing its privacy practices.
