What is StructiFi?

StructiFi is a really handy tool designed to help you organize your data. It is a smart assistant that takes your images, PDFs, and even Word documents and turns them into neat, structured formats like JSON, tables, or Markdown. This makes it super easy to analyze your information and pull out key insights. The whole idea behind StructiFi is to make organizing your data much simpler and more accurate, using advanced AI and the latest digital innovations. Right now, it’s in BETA, and they’re proud to be working with Microsoft Startups. You can find StructiFi on Product Hunt, and if you have questions, reaching out to the team is a great way to get more info.

Who created StructiFi?

The document doesn’t actually mention who the founder of Structifi is. What we do know is that Structifi is a company that’s really pushing forward with sophisticated AI and digital innovations, even during its beta phase. They’re currently in beta and are proud to be a partner with Microsoft Startups. It’s a shame the document doesn’t give us more details about the founder, but the focus seems to be on the technology itself.

How to use StructiFi?

Using StructiFi is pretty straightforward. Here’s a quick rundown:

  1. First, head over to the Structifi website to access the tool.
  2. Then, you can either drag and drop your files – like images, PDFs, or Word documents – right into the designated spot, or you can click to upload them.
  3. Once you’ve added your files, StructiFi will instantly transform them into organized, structured data. You can get them as JSON, tables, or Markdown, which are perfect for analysis and finding insights.
  4. Just a heads-up: since it’s still in BETA, you’re limited to uploading one file at a time, and it can’t be larger than 3 MB.
  5. Want to keep track of it? You can bookmark the site easily by pressing Ctrl + D. That way, you can quickly find it again later.
  6. Navigating around is also made easy with shortcuts. You can jump to the very top or bottom of the page using Ctrl + ↑/↓. If you want to sort your entries chronologically or alphabetically, use Ctrl + ←/→. For general moving around, the regular ↑↓←→ arrow keys work great.
  7. Found something you want to look at more closely? You can open selected entries in a new tab by pressing Enter, or if you want it in a new tab specifically, use ⇧ + Enter.
  8. If you’re looking for something specific, the search bar (just press ’/’) lets you focus on particular entries. Press Esc to clear that focus and get back to the main view.
  9. When sorting is active, you can use the letters A-Z to quickly jump to entries starting with that letter.
  10. For any further details or questions, the Structifi website has all the information you’ll need.

By following these steps, you’ll be able to use StructiFi efficiently to structure and analyze your document data.
