Credits and technical requirements

• Credit system: Credits are purchased to use the 3D content creation tools; usage depends on content type and output format. Credits cannot be transferred or refunded and are valid for twelve months from purchase. Both purchased and promotional credits can be used for commercial purposes with converted content.
• Technical requirements: For 2D-to-3D video conversion, use a desktop computer with Google Chrome. Supported video formats are MP4, MKV, and MOV, with a maximum file size of 2GB and specific resolution limits.
• Invoices: Immersity AI does not issue invoices directly; payment gateway Stripe sends receipts.
