CXassist is an AI assistant that manages your email inbox. You train it on your own business content, and it sends accurate replies to potential and existing customers based on the information you provide. It works directly within Gmail, drafting AI-powered replies, filtering and managing emails according to personas, applying your custom handling rules, and providing analytics and reports on email activity. It suits sales teams, customer support teams, and general business use.

The tool includes three ready-made personas — Generalist, Support, and Sales — each handling responses differently. You can match your brand’s tone and voice by uploading a style guide, set rules for how emails are handled (such as excluding certain domains or labels), and review analytics on every email it sends. CXassist supports more than 50 languages.

Setup involves signing in with your Google account, granting the necessary permissions, and training the assistant with your business content. You can toggle it on or off at any time. Note that the free plan requires a valid credit card to reduce spam and fraud.
