Contractify is contract management software that simplifies e-signing, managing, and automating contracts online. It supports three types of e-signatures and includes an AI-powered drafting assistant, built-in approval workflows, automated follow-ups, and team collaboration features. Its core AI feature is Ada, an assistant that manages contracts after signing by pulling key information from contract PDFs.

The platform covers the full contract journey — creation, negotiation, signing, and ongoing management — with customizable legal playbooks, a library of contract templates, and contract timelines and performance insights generated by Ada.

Who created Contractify?

Steven Debrauwere and Herlinde De Buck founded Contractify. The Belgian SaaS company began by advising organizations on contract management, which led to building user-friendly software with AI-driven contract automation. The platform has since officially launched, and Contractify later joined the AXI Group, supporting its growth across Europe.
