Who created SoundHound?

SoundHound was founded in 2005 by a group of Stanford graduates, led by Keyvan Mohajer, now Co-Founder & CEO of SoundHound AI. It began as Midomi, a music recognition platform, before rebranding to focus on voice AI. SoundHound AI Inc. went public on January 5, 2022, trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “SOUN”.
