What is Meetra AI?

Meetra AI is a platform for analyzing human conversations and interactions. It is available as a cloud service (Platform as a Service) or can be installed on-premise, and it combines conversation analysis with team collaboration tools and a focus on responsible AI use within organizations.

The platform includes detailed API documentation, making it straightforward to integrate with existing technology stacks. Meetra AI can automatically identify who is speaking, generate full transcripts and summaries, highlight main points and questions, identify topics and related keywords, and assess group interactions — covering mood, energy levels, speaking balance, and how different analyses compare.

Who created Meetra AI?

Meetra AI was founded by Andrzej Dobrucki and Mikolaj Skubina. Dobrucki, the CEO and Head of Product, has a background in Agile coaching, software engineering, and product ownership. Skubina, the COO and Head of Finance, holds a Master of Arts in Finance & Accounting with experience in venture analysis and strategy. The team also includes Matt Kozlowski, who leads the AI team with over a decade of AI development experience, and Michal Wydra, the Electronic Engineering Lead. Krystian Odrobiński leads growth, focusing on sales and marketing, and the company is supported by advisors with expertise in entrepreneurship, AI development, and organizational management.
