What is Humanloop?

Humanloop is a central hub for building AI features, designed so Product Managers, Engineers, and Domain Experts can work together. It helps you manage and refine AI prompts across your organization, with a suite for evaluating and monitoring prompts to catch issues before they go live. It also offers tools to customize and fine-tune models by connecting your own private data.

Humanloop integrates with your existing applications, keeping prompts version-controlled and ready for deployment, whether handled by PMs or through CI/CD pipelines. It brings software development best practices to the needs of Large Language Models (LLMs), so the whole team can contribute to improving AI. Its goal is to make adopting AI safe and secure, prioritizing data privacy and security with full monitoring and support from AI specialists. The team has backgrounds at Google, Microsoft, and Amazon, and the platform supports models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama2, and custom models.

Who created Humanloop?

Humanloop was founded by Raza Habib, the current CEO. Before Humanloop, Raza worked at MonolithAI and Google. He holds a Ph.D. in Machine Learning from UCL and an MSc in Physics from Cambridge. The team includes experts who previously worked at Google, Microsoft, and Amazon, and the company is backed by investors including Index Ventures and Y Combinator.
