What is FYI?

FYI is a messaging platform built for collaboration, aimed at creative professionals. It helps users manage digital creative assets and organize project work. At its core is FYI.Ai, an AI creative partner that drafts written content — from stories and song lyrics to product descriptions — and accepts feedback to refine the output.

Ideas can be turned into “Projects,” which save, organize, and plan the steps needed to bring concepts to life. Projects are where you store files, manage assets, and collaborate with team members or guests. A Project can serve as a collaborative space, a personal archive, or a way to present your work. FYI.Ai can also transform ideas into Projects by saving and organizing content, filling in missing pieces, and creating a plan of action.

Who created FYI?

FYI was founded by will.i.am, who serves as Founder and CEO. Sunil Reddy is a Co-Founder and CTO with over 15 years of software development experience, and Lee Chan is the COO/MHC.
