Questmate

What is Questmate?

Questmate is a platform for creating step-by-step guides, called “Quests,” to get tasks done. A Quest can cover filling out forms, following checklists, managing workflows, or working through a recipe. You can complete a Quest yourself as many times as needed, or assign it to someone else to finish. To encourage completion, you can attach a cash reward — direct payouts, gift cards, or donation funds.

Quests are described in a single prompt. The platform shares your request with services like Open AI to match each task with a suitable AI or service. The range of tasks is broad: setting up forms and websites, physical jobs, arranging transportation, making purchases, or scraping data from websites.

What is Questmate used for?

• Web scraping: gather data from websites.
• Forms: build custom forms for data collection.
• Websites: design and build web pages.
• Apps: develop simple applications.
• Physical jobs: hire someone for tasks like a paint job.
• Transport: arrange rides or deliveries.
• Purchases: facilitate online shopping.

Beyond these one-off requests, any Quest you build can be reused or delegated: run a guide yourself repeatedly, or assign it to other users with a cash reward as an incentive.
