What is Converso.io?

Converso.io is an AI-powered tool for managing customer support across webchat, WhatsApp, and SMS. The AI assistant answers customer questions using your company’s own information, resolving routine queries accurately and handing more complicated conversations to a human agent — no ticket creation needed.

All chats, whether handled by the AI or a teammate, are saved in a shared team inbox. Agents get full context, customers don’t have to repeat themselves, and every message stays in one place. A customer portal is also in development to make support quicker and more convenient.

Integrations and Automation

Converso works with Voiceflow and OpenAI to automate both customer communication and behind-the-scenes processes. You can use it to pull up user data, collect payments (including invoices), book calendar appointments, and proactively reach out to customers to schedule calls. It also connects to your CRM and personalizes messages using each customer’s most recent data.
