Who’s Behind aReception?

aReception, also known as “Rona,” was developed by ARTIN, which co-founded and co-owned the product. It began as an internal project and evolved into a commercial virtual receptionist solution.

Key Capabilities

• Visitor check-ins: greets arrivals and handles everyday front-desk scenarios without staff.
• Calls and notifications: places calls to employees and receives mail notifications.
• Basic inquiries: answers common questions, with support for adding custom scenarios to fit specific needs.
• Telephone module: in unusual situations, calls the person a visitor is looking for directly; if that person is unavailable, connects to a live operator via video call.

aReception works in a range of environments, including city halls, offices, museums, theaters, trade fairs, shopping centers, schools, airports, and clinics.

Getting Started

Setup requires only a power outlet and an internet connection. To purchase, choose a plan and submit an inquiry form. After a discussion, you sign a contract and pay the invoice, and the aReception device is shipped to you, ready to use immediately.
