    • First, schedule a 30-minute onboarding call via Zoom. This is where we’ll set up the read-only account access Zeni needs to work its magic.
    • Before the call, please have your login credentials ready, make sure you’re subscribed to QBO Plus, and gather important documents like your EIN and Incorporation documents.
  2. Account Setup:
    • Once you join, Zeni will activate your Zeni Dashboard within about a week and set up your Zeni Finance Concierge email for easy communication.
    • It’s important to ensure Zeni has access to your accounts and that your chart of accounts is updated as needed.
  3. Continuous Support:
    • Our Zeni Finance Concierge team is here to help! You can reach us Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST, for any questions you might have.
    • You’ll also have a dedicated team of Zeni Finance Experts, including Accountants, CPAs, CFOs, and Tax Advisors, ready to provide ongoing support.
