YouTeam

What is YouTeam?

YouTeam is an AI-powered platform for hiring engineers. Deep learning matches candidates to your company’s standards and values, and the platform builds a vetting process tailored to the responsibilities and skills each role requires. An AI assistant called i1 creates this personalized vetting process, while tech experts lead the interviews and assessments to keep them fair and unbiased.

Candidates are drawn from a talent pool of more than 50,000 engineers, and you receive a shortlist matching your criteria. The platform also handles administrative hiring tasks and keeps the vetting process transparent, with detailed records of each candidate’s performance.

Who created YouTeam?

YouTeam was founded by serial entrepreneurs who had experienced firsthand how costly it is to hire engineers who aren’t a good fit. After problems with a previous technology partner proved expensive, they built YouTeam to help companies hire offshore contractors with confidence. The platform targets fast-growing companies with short-term technical hiring needs.
