What is Yourwai?

Yourwai is an AI-powered career platform. You complete a guided test covering your personality, skills, passions, and ambitions, and the platform turns your answers into personalized career suggestions, detailed reports, and job matches.

The core premise is matching your personality with your career goals. Yourwai analyzes your skills to identify compatible professions, generates detailed reports that show your potential, and pairs you with jobs that fit your profile. Your data is used only to produce recommendations and improve the service.

Beyond job matching, Yourwai offers career advice and personal growth guidance, giving you insight into your strengths and interests so you can make more informed career choices. Compared with other career guidance tools, it emphasizes personalization and breadth of coverage.
