Usemage

What Is Usemage?

Usemage is an AI tool that generates alternative text (alt text) for images to improve your site’s search engine optimization (SEO). Upload a single image to generate alt text, or paste a webpage URL to process every image on that page. Results are delivered in a CSV file for easy record-keeping and integration into your site.

The tool can also scrape images directly from e-commerce sites to generate alt text, supporting SEO for online stores.

Pricing & Features

Generating alt text for a single image is free. Processing all images on a webpage or accessing the developer API requires a subscription. The subscription unlocks the full suite of image processing and SEO features. The AI model produces informative captions to provide search engine crawlers with useful data, potentially improving rankings. The underlying platform supports other digital marketing tasks, such as organizing campaigns and creating content, within Google Sheets.

Who’s Behind Usemage?
