Who created Transforme?

Transforme was founded by Sandra Colhando and Gatik Chaujer. Sandra is an Executive Coach and an advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Gatik specializes in aligning top teams, story coaching, and running Leadership Labs.

Together they formed TransforMe Learning, a leadership training and coaching company with a global outlook, based in Sydney. Its services — leadership training, executive coaching, and team transformation — are designed to prepare individuals and organizations for the future of work.
