What Is Speechify?

Speechify is a text-to-speech app that lets you listen to PDFs, books, articles, emails, and other written content instead of reading it. It works across iOS, Android, Chrome, Mac, and Microsoft Edge with a single account, so you can start reading an article on your computer via the Chrome Extension and pick up listening on your phone later.

The app was founded by Cliff Weitzman, a Harvard dropout with dyslexia who built Speechify to help himself and others with learning disabilities consume written material through audio.
