Moonhub

What is Moonhub?

Moonhub is an AI-powered recruiter built for startups and growing businesses. It takes a human-centric approach to hiring, combining market data and conversational search to identify candidates quickly, with pricing based on a low success fee.

The AI searches a pool of more than 1 billion people, then pairs the results with experienced talent partners who vet and qualify each candidate. The platform supports the entire hiring process, and teams can get started in minutes.

Moonhub’s Expert AI is trained by experienced recruiters and draws on the company’s own data to source and engage candidates alongside its talent partners.

Who created Moonhub?

Moonhub was created by Arianna Huffington, Founder & CEO of Thrive Global. Its approach pairs technology that finds and connects with candidates with expert talent partners who vet each one, so clients receive highly qualified candidates.
