3. Data Wrangling: Define the metrics you want to optimize — selecting specific biomarkers, defining data clusters, and adjusting analysis tuning.
4. Data Analysis: Choose the analysis type: Classification (binary or multiclass), Regression, or Survival Analysis.
5. Review Results: Examine performance metrics, ROC curves, Precision-Recall curves, optimized classification thresholds, confusion matrices, feature interpretation and importance, risk stratification, supervised dimensionality reduction, out-of-sample predicted probabilities, and comprehensive analysis reports.
6. Model Application: Explore external validation, use online calculators based on your models, and download the models themselves.
