Endorsed is an AI tool that analyzes resumes and generates summaries of what applicants are qualified for. It streamlines job application screening by organizing and ranking candidates based on how well they fit the job requirements. Features include built-in bias removal, customization through a Software Development Kit (SDK), and connections with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to keep data in sync.

Who created Endorsed?

Endorsed was founded by Jeremy Cai (Founder & CEO) and Albert Gozzi (Co-founder & CEO) and is based in San Francisco. The founding team are engineers with backgrounds at Y Combinator, LinkedIn, Apple, and Life360, with experience building search and profile features, and they have collectively hired over 70 people directly.
