Architechtures is an AI-powered platform for residential building design. It uses generative AI to help architects and real estate developers create optimized residential projects, reducing design time from months to minutes. The platform combines human expertise with AI processing to deliver real-time design experiences and instant geometric and analytical results, and it integrates with existing BIM workflows.

Who created Architechtures?

Architechtures was developed by Smartscapes Studio, a technology company focused on deep tech, computational design, and AI. Founder Juan Bordallo leads a team with expertise in architecture, computational design, and AI for sustainable building design. The company has received support from various organizations and has won awards for its work, including the Yecla Bioclimatic Building in Murcia, Spain.

How Architechtures Works

Input project design criteria and model the solution online in 2D and 3D. The cloud-based AI generates geometry that matches the entered parameters and returns an optimized solution, providing the BIM model and key project metrics in real time. Data can be downloaded in XLSX, DXF, and IFC formats.

Two editions are available: Home Edition supports manual project modeling integrated with AI, while Building Edition optimizes the design iteratively to meet user needs. Users can explore the real-time BIM model online, monitor floor-by-floor data, and track updated quantity takeoffs and costs.
